Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
At USL, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a return, refund, or exchange request.
Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- To initiate a return, customers must notify us within 10 days of receiving the product by emailing USLCARE009@gmail.com with the following details:
- Order Number
- Full Name
- Delivery Address
- Description of the issue (with photos, if applicable)

Condition of the Product:
- The product should be in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.
- Kindly ensure the product is packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange:
- Exchanges are provided only in cases where the customer has received the wrong item.
- If you wish to exchange a product, please email USLCARE009@gmail.com with the required details (order number, full name, and a description of the issue).
Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds are processed only for damaged or defective items that meet the return eligibility criteria.
- Once the product is received and inspected at our warehouse, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 7 to 15 days.

For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Orders:
- Please provide your bank account number and IFSC code when initiating a return request to facilitate the refund process.
Important Notes
- No refunds or returns will be processed for reasons other than damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered.
- Products returned without prior communication or approval will not be accepted.
