Return and Refund Policy

Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

At USL, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a return, refund, or exchange request.


Return Policy

  • Eligibility for Returns:

    • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
    • To initiate a return, customers must notify us within 10 days of receiving the product by emailing USLCARE009@gmail.com with the following details:
      • Order Number
      • Full Name
      • Delivery Address
      • Description of the issue (with photos, if applicable)
  • Condition of the Product:

    • The product should be in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.
    • Kindly ensure the product is packed securely to prevent damage during transit.

Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility for Exchange:
    • Exchanges are provided only in cases where the customer has received the wrong item.
    • If you wish to exchange a product, please email USLCARE009@gmail.com with the required details (order number, full name, and a description of the issue).

Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refunds:

    • Refunds are processed only for damaged or defective items that meet the return eligibility criteria.
    • Once the product is received and inspected at our warehouse, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 7 to 15 days.
  • For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Orders:

    • Please provide your bank account number and IFSC code when initiating a return request to facilitate the refund process.

Important Notes

  • No refunds or returns will be processed for reasons other than damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered.
  • Products returned without prior communication or approval will not be accepted.
